The second one looks like a healthways, don’t know the model first maybe a Mares?? Both seem to be attached to a scuba version of a ball gag.
Pretty sure those are just mouthpiece devices for people who couldn’t trust themselves to not spit out the reg. The top one is interesting with the snorkel built in.

Top photo: This is how I was taught, too: Grab the wire "pelican beak" with your left hand when you're putting on your weight belt (so that your weight belt will have a "right-hand release"). I see so many photos showing a diver wearing the pelican beak the opposite way.
Bottom photo: I was taught to always thread your double-D-rings with a "quick release"--that is, to always thread the end of the shoulder harness strap back up through the 2nd D-ring (so that in an emergency, you simply have to grab the end and pull in order to release the shoulder strap). I see a lot of photos, like this one, showing divers that do not thread in a "quick release."

I believe that canister is some sort of scooter, would love to know more about that as well. Cool photos!
