No change here at all. I’ll still be driving to various diving spots around the Great Lakes region. However, will probably split my full cave class next winter between WI (mine diving) and cave country with same instructor. Never been to FL at all.

We have really nice cave diving here, but at 70 degrees the water might be too warm for you. :)

Yeah, 70 will be a bit warm. Hopefully the air temps are as cold as they’ve been this week. I’m used to 50 degree water in the WI mine.

A non-diving trip of ours got canceled last May (for reasons we aren't speaking of) and we're trying to figure out when to reschedule that. We have a dive trip planned for Kona in May. I suspect we'll add a trip to Coz in the fall, and maybe a trip to somewhere (Roatan, Belize?) in the spring. I agree with @flyboy08 that Coz is really on top of keeping things clean, if you are concerned about picking up a virus.

Looking forward to Bonaire or Curacao, this summer. Planning alternates such as St Croix and Crystal River area, Manatees (summer odds?), and a couple of cavern dives. Do they do any Gulf of Mexico diving from that area?

No trips planned. The Government of Canada Travel Advisory Page still has this warning right at the top of their page:

Since I have retired, I would be hard pressed to consider any travel that I would do as "Essential". Additionally, the border between Canada and the USA continues to be closed to non-essential travel. (This is typically interpreted as travel related directly to specific businesses.)

True, what is on the website is an Advisory, and not a legally binding prohibition, but when I run a quick "Risk vs Reward" calculation, I keep coming to the conclusion that I can wait. I would love to go south to go diving, (WestJest just sent me an email last week of non-stop flights from Toronto to Bonaire.) but for now, I can wait.

As for price, well that is a whole other issue. I have a hunch that travel will become dirt cheap as the industry at large attempts to regain the trust of it customer base. I am getting emails almost daily from Air Canada, WestJet, Hilton, Holiday Inn and other companies trying to tempt me with outrageous bargains. (I even saw $29 a night mid week rates at the Vegas Planet Hollywood.)

Since you mention Vegas, friend was commenting on it. Like nothing ever happened. Vegas has so much international traffic, it blew through that town before it was a thing. Currently the casinos are up and running, but they are limited to 3 per table. Plexi dividers on the smoking tables, nothing on the non-smoking tables. Lots of people everywhere. Nearly as crowded as normal.

Personally I could care less. It has been over 2 years since I was in Vegas and if things go right, it will be 3 years even before my return. Typically once a year for a trade show. Canceled this year and last year was the first one I missed in nearly 2 decades.

As for finding a $29 room, be advised you will probably still find $50 worth of taxes and fees added on. That is how Vegas has been working for the past few years. Most have even taken away the free parking. They are out to gouge you at every turn.

Yup, I go to Vegas quite often, and I am aware of the "hidden charges" such as Taxes, Resort Fees, Parking etc. My point was that if you consider those charges as a constant (The Resort Fee will still be $_____ at any given hotel) the room charges themselves are becoming quite affordable. The $29 rate is about $100 less than it was for the same type of room about a year ago.

It seems though as though it will be quite some time before the Canadian and US border opens for recreational travel so trip to "Lost Wages" are on hold for the foreseeable future.

The air border into the US never closed for Canadians. You are free to fly to Vegas. You just can not drive there.

If things open up soon enough and vaccines become available to "normal" folks, I plan to do a couple trips.
