Used Poseidon Xstream set Advice needed

Hello all,
I have been searching through about this OPV as well, since I have an Xstream 1st serial 0120, and a Jetstream 1st serial 3960.

I have omniswivel currently installed on my Xstream 2nd, planning to change all hoses to miflex.

But do these regs has OPV?

As i remember, te 3960is the flat bottom first stage, and if it is, it have built in OPV.

@Caveeagle @tbone1004 i am going to change the swivel to omni with opv. Out of my curiosity, saw that another option u guys mentioned is using a downstream octo. What is/are the setback/s on doing this?

You get a less good secondary.

I prefere to have 2 identical second stages, its more consistant.

The catalogue number is 0000-149 and currently retails for US 52.00; but you may already have one in the first stage. Have you seen its interior?

Mine was also an earlier model and it had the ruby, instead of the steel bearing; not sure when they switched . . .

what @Magnus Lundstedt said, the inconvenience of not having matching second stages and also doesn't work for doubles/sidemount/stage/deco where you only have one second stage on the bottle
