So i just got home and reviewed the dives that are in the log and i was mistaken. the deepest logged was 43m deep, the rest are shallow.
Attached are some photos.
Do you know what the !0 means on some of the dives? Manual doesn't say.
Also is there a way to check current CNS and OTU?

Edit:
Just got a reply from the store. They confirm the computer was sold as brand new with no dives.
They say it could be test dives from the factory and that they are going to contact Ratio to confirm the problem.

Those profiles don’t look like factory test dives to me. Factory tests are done in a pressure chamber at specific profiles and ramp rates. The jagged profiles in your images look more like actual dives in actual water than in a pressure pot.

The test dives would be done to make sure the pressure sensor reads accurately and the computer calculates tissue load accurately. A stable and consistent ramp up, dwell at pressure and ramp down would be important to compare to specifications. Those images you posted don’t look like what I would expect to come from a pressure vessel.

All of the iX3M I have seen have 1 test dive to 100 meters, nothing else.
The triangle warning is explained somewhere in the manual. I don't have the manual now but I'll look for it when I get to the computer that has it.

So the dive gear shop as replied back quite quickly and immediately offered to replace it.
They did confirm that it was sold as new and that they are looking into it with Ratio.
They will exchange the dive computer with one of the newer square buttons one.

I'd say customer support doesn't get much better than this.
I'm quite pleased with their service.

That’s good to hear. At least they are taking care of their customer.

Looking back at the pictures, I noticed that the dives in the log are around 3 years old. I don’t believe it sat in shop inventory that long.

More likely it got returned to Ratio for some reason, and got mixed in with the new inventory, and probably skipped the step to restore to default. Or, perhaps it happened at the shop, and someone with access swapped an old one for a new one. Is there a serial number on the box, or paperwork that came with it? If so, does it match the unit?

Perhaps.
The dive shop is probably sending it back to Ratio.
Yes, the serial number on the DC matched the one in the box.
I sent photos to both ratio and the diveshop.
Sending it in the mail tomorrow and anxiously waiting for the other :D

Still cant figure what the warning !0 means on those dives. The manual does not say anything about that warning.

I can't find anything concerning 0 warning:

That's exactly what the first log on my ix3m was as well.
