Yes.

Allenhurst Jetty (ocean). Maclearlie Park & Manasquan River Railroad Br. (backwater, near Pt. Pleasant, Belmar).
Not the greatest places.
Manasquan inlet (haven't dived there, restrictions in summer, must dive at slack tide I think).
S. of that I haven't been able to find anything by asking around.

There certainly is, however, I have only done Carribean dives to this point. Have a trip down to the FL panhandle coming up to do another cert in about a month though.
