The harness is located in Pennsylvania.
I am headed back to Florida later this month, or it can be shipped for around 15 bucks if my memory is correct i just shipped a different harness out.

Has the harness been cut or shortened in length? Or, what is your size dimensions.

I am 6'1" and weigh 240 lbs, this harness fit me fine, the size is a LG size, the harness wasn't cut down or straps reduced, so you have a lot of length to be able to move things around or cut it down if you prefer to do that.
