For me looks like a Mares MR12 DIN 1st with C.W.D. from around 2000......

Honestly, it is probably a good idea to put that back where you found it. I have a lot of stuff from 20-25 years ago, in excellent condition because I bought it new and had it regularly serviced, and I am still phasing it out. But maybe I getting more risk adverse in my old age.
