I do a lot of lobstering and don't want to keep tearing up dry gloves. As soon as you get one little snag then you have wet gloves with no thermal protection.
Hello,
I am looking for a pair of glove that work well with a dry suit. I am diving a Fusion Tech suit and need a pair of wet gloves that have a very short cuff. The only that that I can seem to find are all long gloves that are supposed to go over your wet suit.
I would love to find a pair...
Just out of curiosity, do you know what the lumen rating on standard led mag light is? How much improvement is there to be had with the cree Q5 1200 lumen module?
I would also agree with the Dry Suit option. But if you really want to get into a great wet suit then I would recommend anything from Pinnacle in a 7mm in the merino-elastiprene options. I have one and can dive it well into November. I dive the north shore in MA. I also dive dry but the suit...
Not true. The 119's are quite a bit shorter than the al80. They are the same in length as a HP100, just 8" dia instead of the 7 1/4". I have 3 119's and 2 100's. I have the 100's doubled up and dive the 119's as singles. I first bought the 119 because of my SAC rate. Now I have no need for...
I would like to talk to you about the 104's I live 60 miles west of Boston on RT2. Please PM me your email address. I tried to PM you but your inbox is full and would not allow me to send you another message.
Thanks
Dan
It is not that it isn't a great light. It is. I have have two of them. On for me and one for the wife. The problem that you are going to find is that the price on the box is no where near what they are sold for these days. To give you an idea, look here Underwater Kinetics "Light Cannon"...
Hello.
I have been using the Duct tape for a while. You are right about the residue being difficult to remove from the tank. I put the duct tape on the SS band. If I do get any residue when I remove the tape then I clean it with lacquer thinner.
Has worked pretty well for me so far.
I own an Aeris Elite hoseless air integrated PC. I bought it right off when I started diving and not for one second do I regret it.
Do you need a pc to dive? Simple answer, NO! will it allow you to get the most out of every dive that you do? Simple answer, YES!
You will not go wrong diving...
I would get in touch with Mark at Andy's Sport Shop - Ski & Scuba Specialists he is a great instructor. My wife and I have taken a few classes from him. Full service Tech shop as well. Has everything you could need, most of it in stock 99%of the time. They have great prices as well on all...
I would also take a look at LFM. I have three of their lights and have had a great experience with all of them.
