The ankles. Just like the wrist photos, the one on the right is with the outer cuff rolled back to show the seal. The suit's right leg (left one in the pic) has a bit of a curl to it, but it's just from being folded over in the storage bag. The brown streak on the inside of the left leg cuff...

    Mares Isotherm Semi-dry

Hi all - I've got a VERY lightly used Mares Isotherm that I'd like to sell. Men's size M, not sure what model year it is. There's a size chart here: http://www.scubastore.com/images/pdf/cuadro_tallas/eng_mares_size_suit1.pdf It's only got three dives on it, and maybe two other times in the...

    drift diving question

for the slightly-mathematically-inclined. Speed in MPH = speed in knots plus about 15%. (I think. I just got off of a flight.) Not exact, but close enough.

How to appreciate Wall diving ?

I've been wall diving off of Grand Cayman on two separate vacations so far. Why do I like it the best? Well, I'll try. First, there's something about that feeling of heading over the lip of the wall and having the bottom just disappear. I think it's the closest feeling to actual flight...

    Which nitrox course?

partly because they didn't require checkout dives. Also because I'm very interested in the more advanced courses (advanced nitrox, deco procedures, possibly trimix) and basic nitrox is the first step. No regrets - they covered eveything that I wanted.

Last Ice Dive of the Season.

(he of "if you blah blah you might be a redneck" fame) If you need a chainsaw to go scuba diving, IT'S TOO FREAKIN' COLD! :D

    DiveRite computers

What I'm really after - are DiveRite computers unique to diverite? Or is, for example, a DiveRite Nitek Duo the same thing as an Oceanic BlahBlah, just with a different label on it? Anyone know?

    DiveRite computers

Does DiveRite make their own computers? I seem to recall hearing/reading/dreaming that someone else manufactures the computers (Oceanic, perhaps???) and then DiveRite just slaps their logos on them. Can anyone confirm or debunk this? Thanks...

    Another backplate/wing setup question

I've got a venture wing. I've only had it in the pool so far (winter :frown2: ) but so far so good. I'm heading down to Grand Cayman in a couple of days, so it will get a good workout. PM me if you want some details after I get back. I've got the tank-mount weight pockets from Zeagle...
