I've tried Diving Log 6.0 in the past - it always gave me an error trying to grab the dlg file from Aeris, though it worked for my wife's Oceanic. While the format of the databases seems to be the same, there is something, maybe a key ? that stopped the Aeris log import.

Thanks - I have SubSurface and Dive Log, will play around a bit. The biggest issue was the last version of the Aeris software (which fixed the issue of logging dives after 2019 I think) was that the bulk export was broken again. too much work to export then import 500+ dives. going to play...

All, Does anyone know the password that protects the old Aeris .dlg file? I believe it's readable by Access, but the file is protected. I'd like to open it and export the data since the last Aeris version the export of more than one dive at a time was broken. Thanks

@El Diablo - I was not close enough to see what happened from that point to the surface, and was as couple minutes later getting to the surface from my safety stop. I'm also not sure there was much, if any, water. There was bloody froth that we had to continually clear while doing CPR.

@C3diver - you seem very cynical and disillusioned by the dive industry. I hope you can find dive shops and professionals that you feel comfortable with so you can enjoy your future dive endeavors.

@5cubaN00b There is no universal requirement for "group" training like this, at least not in the US. Each scuba professional is required to renew their certification each year, but that's really reading some stuff and clicking buttons. Every 2 years we have to complete first aid, CPR/AED and...

@peeweediver - I have taught SSI's Stress and Rescue class many times. I appreciate your kind thoughts. While we all hope to never experience this, I am processing the events and plan to discuss with my family physician who has been a flight surgeon in the USAF and is a diver.

I was one of the divers and performed CPR along with other divers and crew. I can add more later, but we had 2 groups - there were 5 divers and a dive leader on a deep dive to about 110 ft. The other 5 divers were on a 2nd site nearby with a 2nd dive leader.

All, I recently got a new PC and the old Aeris ACI software will not seem to connect/download from my old Elite T3. Has anyone had any luck with other software that will 1)download successfully from the Elite T3 and 2)Import the old Aeirs .dlg file (or the exported logs)? thanks, Scott

All - quick update from my Curacao trip. The Norwegian Pearl is long-term docked at the pier by/above the SP. While rumor has it potentially leaving by the end of the month, the SP remains off limits to diving from boat or shore.

All, Can anyone confirm or refute that SP is closed to diving currently? Thanks, Scott
