Thanks for your wonderful report. I've been to the island 6x and heading back in a few weeks. Up to date info is so valuable and you've added a couple spots we've not hit before.. Thanks again

I've been to Bonaire 4x and Curacao 6x last dive on BON Nov 2021, last dive on CUR Mar 2023.
We return to Curacao more than Bonaire for a couple of reasons, though the first one is moot now.
1) Traveling from Canada to Bonaire from 2018 - 2022 required you hop over from Aruba or Curacao bcz...
Hi Folks - I'm looking for your assistance and any recommendations. We will be traveling to 3 Greek Islands in early October - Paros, Naxos & Santorini with 3/4 days on each island. Of our small group only 2 of us are divers. I was wondering if it was worthwhile to bring our C-Cards with us...
My 2 cents worth on Bonaire vs. Curacao for shore diving... both are excellent! 4 trips to BON and 4 to CUR IMHO Bonaire offers more spots to stop to dive at along the road that follows the coast. The shore on Bonaire is very rubbly (is that a word?) it has more limestone. For me and my bad...

Hi all - As I search for suitable and affordable vacations I'm finding some condos over in the Wailuku area on the other side of the island from the popular Kihei & Lahina areas.
Can you folks help me determine if this side as suitable dive spots and operators, or if we'll end up driving to...
Hey Diver Steve... earlier in the thread you mentioned "on the weekends taking a cab to West End then a ferry"
Were you talking about taking a ferry to Utila? bcz I thought the ferry to Utila was in Coxen Hole. Is it a different ferry than the Utila Dream ferry or am I mistaken where the ferry...
Hi all...
We will be dividing our vacation between Roatan and Utila and have decided to take the ferry back and forth. We're heading over to Utila the end of February and returning mid March.
Our accommodations are booked for Saturday arrival and departure on Utila.
Is it important to book our...
We are coming to Utila for a couple of weeks in March and have accommodations booked very close to Utila dive Center, Alton's and Underwater Vision. I'm trying to decide which operator would be best for us... is there anything that distinguishes these operators apart?
We are a retired couple...
Thanks everyone for your input from your experiences I've taken some great notes. We're going to spend time on each island... first trip to Utila. Been to Roatan 3x before but last time was 2010 so this is great refresher info
cheers all!
I didn't pay $240 CAD... that's what I would've paid at Ocean Sports a local dive shop in Edmonton. I purchased them from Atlantis Divers in Curacao and actually paid less bcz I purchased ones that were used ( for training purposes at the shop)
