Yeah, we were out with 3P in the mid-morning once things got loaded at the marina. Was actually a lot better out than I expected - nobody on our boat had issues getting back in the boat, ride was not overly bumpy. But it was definitely the right call to close it back up in the later afternoon.

I have always had great luck with Studio Blue for batteries and other random hardware needs. As long as they aren't weird camera batteries, those are harder to come by.

I’ve had good luck with Mex on the mainland for cave diving trips - nice folks, really helpful when I had a flat tire, and they include the cost of insurance in their quotes (as does Isis).

Note that you CANNOT take luggage on a collectivo. They will ask you to get off if you have anything you can't set it on your lap.

I have two small halcyon wings of that vintage (same logo) and they are both fine. Yours look to be in even better shape than mine, I wouldn't have any qualms about diving it / selling it on.
