    A second media report said the man had received CPR from Pisces Dive Charters. I am unfamiliar with Pisces and the location Smitswinkel Bay. Is this a difficult dive site? Is Pisces a large outfit?

    To date I have not seen the identity of the Canadian diver who died. Unclear if he was a resident of Ireland or a visiting diver from Canada. No clue as to what province he is from. Information would be much appreciated.

    Brockville man dead after diving incident

    Thanks for posting the Video. As I remember it, the dive is really quite easy and that you can't really get below 25 feet. It is a safe dive, great for novices, although I imagine the water is probably near freezing today.
