that's what I'm afraid of, too much arm restriction. I'll try it once and if it doesn't work I might have someone cut the arms off the jacket and make a step in vest. It's too cold for me to try in Michigan right now, but as soon as June hits, the pool is open!!

The only thing I use a retractor on is my spg, I found the bolt snap works good also but I like to just look at it and let it go and it retracts right where it should without any problems. Try both options and see what works best for you. Bolt snaps are much cheaper than retractors.

I have a 5mm Full wetsuit that just isn't enough warmth for me in Michigan, I also have a 7mm Farmer john jacket. Has anyone ever worn a jacket over a full wetsuit with good results? I really don't want to buy another wetsuit. Any suggestions would help!

When using a dive flag do you usually tow it with you or anchor it? I am diving local lakes not open ocean. I usually tow mine with me but it seems to always be in the way. Do you usually clip your reel to you or just carry it in your hand? Just looking for general suggestions. Thanks
