THanks steve...it has been a whole month and i was drying out! Still unable to to lug all my gear quite yet but at least i can get in and swim around..we didn't see whiskers this go around but we did see lots of baby fish and a few bass. See you at the lake soon!
My daughter and I dove out by the christmas tree reef today. The water temp was 65 at 40 feet. The trees were at 34 feet and like jeff said vis is bad at 35 feet only about 2 feet but above 30 we had 15 feet of vis...I am just glad the lake is filling up again and looking forward to winter...

I went diving at vista point thursday and had to wade thru a ton of debris at the surface from all the run off from the rains. So we just dove below it into the black waters and used our lights until we got past the debris. vis was about 15 feet and we did see three large catfish hanging out...
I bring two tanks just in case i need it...usually get two dives off of one. Yes we stick around for night dive if anyone wants to do one.
Arizona Scuba has info on the thrusday dives
I am not steve but a 7ml if your going below 50 feet. it was 56 at 95 feet on sunday but 70 on the surface..i think a 3ml may be too thin. i was thinking of trying my 5ml this thursday evening at vista point. some of us are meeting at 4pm if anyone wants to join us your more than welcome.
I probably will read up on some stuff...and live thru my dive buddies...I had no idea how much i really love being in the water until it was taken away!
Hey steve nice picture. Sandra and I had a great dive that day. Thanks for helping us out with her Gear problem. You saved our dive and I can't thank you enough!
