I dived this weekend out at haigh quarry in kankakee, il in a 7 mil hendersen and marino core warmer..water was 42 on average 39 in the deep hole and my only complaint was my feet and hands (5 mil gloves). Would recomend neoprene socks and wool socks.

3-4 years ago i lost around 120 lbs bringing me to 228 lbs. Just this last year i have put on 30 lbs :'( my goal is to drop the 30 lbs by october for cruise. Thinking that signing up for the lls 150 might be good motivation. i will stay with-in points and i will get to the workout room tomorrow.

But does the 500 psi still apply to LP tanks? i would think that 500psi on a LP tank would be different than 500 psi on a HP tank and different again on an al80...maybe this will all make more sence once i read link. heads spinning a bit :) hehe

hate to bump a post but has anyone tried the down 130 7mm wetsuits? i can't seem to find much on these, which doesn't make me very comfortable with the purchase.

I was wondering has anyone ever directly compared the fit and warmth of the Down 130 6.5 mm suit to a henderson hyperstretch 7mm? i'm debating between the two (due to the down 130 deal) and wanted to make sure i'm getting a good suit. Thanks Sean
