Thank you very much. The download said a med. is for 11-14 inches and the large is 14-16 inches. Some of the sites have different measurements. I'll stick with the large. Some parts of my neck are at 15.25 bout the smallest part is 14.75. Again, thnks for your help. Keith

Its for my drysuit with neo seals. When I turn my neck, water leaks in. Read that this would help prevent that.
