I can get an inflator from XS Scuba as it is a 3/4" corrugated hose. Just trying to see if I can figure out the leak to save time.

This is what was inside when I took it apart. Replaced schrader valve and o-rings but when inflated, there is a leak under the retaining ring that holds the inflate button and cover in place.

Any chance someone has schematics for Tigullio power inflators? I can post a photo of what I have if needed. The BC model is a Seaborn RX.

The o-ring #5 on the drawing is the one that is different in the QD fitting I am servicing. ID of the o-ring seems the same as a 007 o-ring but the one from this QD has a much thinner cross section than the ones I have seen in the Sherwood units. Bill

Well, to be honest, I have not yet. I was hoping that someone possibly connected to them was watching this forum. Guess not. I will try going direct or through our distributor here, though they don't sell the Apeks brand drysuit valves or hoses, only the Aqualung branded ones.

Trying to find o-ring sizes to service Apeks drysuit inflator hose with Seatec coupling. It is leaking from under the flange where the yellow pick is pointing. Any help is appreciated. Bill

Looks like a new piston did the trick. All I can assume at this point is that some contamination got into the reg and caused just enough damage to allow the IP creep before. Kind of crappy for the customer to have to pay for a new piston, but at least the reg will perform like an Atomic again.

I am in Canada, so this becomes a pain in the butt. I will just order one from our distributor as it is the last thing I can check anyway. If this is the first service on the reg, I am positive the internal bore of the body is not scratched. My guess at this time is salt water or contamination...

Tried another new seat and replaced the piston stem oring and backup washer. No change. Atomic is sadly not a huge brand up here. Looks like I will have to take a chance and order a piston to try. Sucks because of the price, but oh well.

Yes, full service/overhaul. Yes, it is a current Jet Seat and the M1 monel piston. Piston bullet was used during reassembly. If someone here can tell me the approximate age from the serial number, I can provide that.

I have just serviced an M1 for a customer who was complaining of IP creep. Reg is apparently 1 1/2 years old with about 40 dives on it. After servicing, there is still a large IP creep. The regs were a bit salty/dirty inside. What are the odds I am looking at replacing the piston in this? Don't...
