Was there today, surface was about 73, thermocline at around 20ft and 66, and the coldest it got was 63 in the deep hole. Viz was really nice today, about 10-15ft.

Looks pretty, but narrow. I could see that being like LBJ with the boats just running in circles and churning everything up. Next time I'm out that way I'll stop and have a look from the boat ramp and see what it looks like.

I went with the advice and got an Abyss 22 today, haven't had a chance to take it out and give it a try yet. I went ahead and bought an NTT octo though, let my buddy be the guinea pig :)

I'm about to buy my first reg and was looking at the Mares Prestige 22 NTT / DPD. Does anyone have any experience with these? Any problems I need to look out for or a reason I should skip these and go with a metal regulator?
