I am taking the PADI rescue diver this weekend, and my LDS only has one DVD. It looks like I might not get to see it before time for the class or maybe get the night before. My question is will this hurt me in the class or is everything really covered in the book?

You can run the console under you arm and though the sholder strap. That will have the console right about the center of you chest.

If you are going to use rental gear(B.C. Regs, wet suit, weights) you can get your personal gear(Mask, Fins, Boots and snorkel) for any were from $150 to $400. Like other people have said you can send as much as you wnat too.

I did one in Cancun and that was the start of it for me. You shoun't have to worry about you wife I the DM's stay pretty close to any one they think they need to keep an eye on.

I have seen people take the AOW with out and dives other than the 4 dives in open water, some are ok some aren't. The best thing I beleve to do is dive more before takeing the AOW. There are alot of specialties that you can do before AOW. (i.e. peak performance). Or if you ask I am sure that...

I have had both, right now I have a console, and like it better. I run the console though the sholder strap on my BC under my arm. That keeps the console right on the middle of my chest. Easy to see and I always know where it is.

All I know that after 48 hrs if you have a rapid decompresion at 30,000 ft you are still ok...

I have just got my first regulator and was wanting to know how much cleaning I should do after a dive. I know that you should rinse them off but is that good enough?
