I have no idea if they make an anti bacterial mouthpiece nor do I understand your concern, goo rinsing and making sure everything is dry before storage or beret yet storing with good air circulation with be the most effective way of avoiding bacteria.

All things being equal I would always choose neoprene over trilam but things aren’t equal so I dive trilam most of the time, front zip being the deciding factor along with my extreme cheapness.
