Hi James, The port chart wasn't updated when the housing came out. Because of the larger battery they have come out with an updated port for my Tokina 10-17mm lens & Sigma Mount Converter. I have been really busy at work and will get you an update on the issues after St. Patrick's Day.

Hi, I would wait till Photokina 2018 at the end of September. The G7X markiii probably will be introduced then. Many other Companies Point & Shoot Cameras should be unveiled then. It will be worth waiting for the upgrade.

Sorry to hear you didn't get as much help as you wanted. I went away with a different trip leader. You did get some nice shots. It is Always Frustrating with a new camera till the settings become second nature. Adobe lightroom has really taken my pictures to the next level.
