Scott, thanks for the info. I have a Stiletto and had the bubbling problem. I had a go at your suggested fix; while there was a little flashing in the o-ring grooves, the problem seemed to be more of a "step" where the mold halves were misaligned. I've worked the step down smooth, we'll see...

Well, my third battery -- a Sony -- has now died, after 16 days. So, to summarize: The original battery died after 4 weeks (sorry, didn't get the make) A Radio Shack battery lasted 2 days A new Sony battery lasted 16 days. This is all without diving -- i.e. the computer has been in watch...

Same issue here -- got an Oceanic Geo on Jan 1, haven't actually dove with it yet, battery died a week ago. Replaced with a Radio Shack battery, that lasted 2 days -- literally!!! No diving, no backlight use. Just ordered a Sony battery to see what that will do -- I'll keep you posted.
