While I haven't taken their class, I like Reef Photo. I have taken Mikey's class and he is amazing. I would also throw in a Mike and Mike trip on Aggressor.

I used Capt. Hooks for a week last year, had a great time. However, there were no wrecks and nothing deep around Marathon.

I just did a cruise ship dive with them a couple weeks ago. Best dives of the trip. The only caution I would give is to allow yourself plenty of time to get to the taxi. There were 3 big ships in and it took forever to get thru the shops and around the pools.

Hot dip galvanize is a surface coating. It does not penetrate the base material like anodize on aluminum. I was there in December 2022. Normally I am a pretty warm diver and prefer shorts and a rash guard. I went with a good 5 mil expecting 65 degree water. We saw plenty of 55 degree water and I froze.
