We were in Cabo Pulmo a few years ago. Unfortunately we went near the end of October and many of the dive sites were closed (already had their allotment of divers for the month at the better sites). We are looking at possible going there again and assuming they have the same system in place...

We only did the one shore dive - just a short dive to check out our gear. We had planned on doing another our final day but the wind & waves were up so we cancelled (as it was, all boat dives were cancelled for that day and the next due to the wind/waves so there were a lot of sad faced divers...

We've only dived Maui and Oahu. Definitely recommend Mike Severns on Maui - many of their DMs are marine biologists and after giving excellent pre-dive briefings, then go out and find all the critters to show you.
