Download Dive Log from Cobalt 2 on Mac

Running OS10.12, no problem downloading dives from my Cobalt2 (and the wife's cobalt 1) at all with MacDive. And I can't agree more, Nick at MacDive is hells-nice guy and super quick to respond and help.

What year model XTX do I have

The second stage is obviously an XTX 200, however the first stage is not an XTX200. It looks more like an Atomic.

    Jerry Ligon--RIP

Very sad news. A great guy, and a wonderful asset to all divers. Rest in Peace Jerry.

5th port for the new XTX200 first stage

Very easy installation. Should only take a tech a couple of minutes. my local dive shop has them, so its probably a matter of who's noticed they are available and who's walked in and asked for them.

pdf/digital copy of SSI OW manual?

There is always the SSI online course that is free and always available as long as you've got Internet.

pdf/digital copy of SSI OW manual?

Actually Tammy, ODiN only allows instructors to download the open water instructor manual, not the open water student manual. The instructor manual is really a big outline, so its not very useful to someone that doesn't know the material very well already.

pdf/digital copy of SSI OW manual?

I'm fairly certain if SSI, or any of the other agencies, made a copy of their OW Manual available as a PDF, they would be out of business. They sell books for a living... So like as cardinal rule of scuba diving states, don't hold your breath.

QR Codes and Diver # on Cert Cards

Sorry, i was replying to Crosshair's comment about counterfeit cards. I made no assertions about the length of a c card number, only that the qr code appeared to be useless. If you want to verify an ssi c card, you can either dig out the phone, scan the qr code, put in the divers birthdate...

QR Codes and Diver # on Cert Cards

I think you'd be really hard pressed to find a dive operator that wants to check the validity of every card that comes into their shop. At our shop, we photocopy every card for every diver that we didn't teach, a big enough hassle for the staff. I look at the card, it has the person's picture...

QR Codes and Diver # on Cert Cards

The c card is verification of scuba cert, so lets put a qr code to verify the authentication of what's on a printed card....seems circular logic. If you didn't have the card, you wouldn't have the qr code....cart...horse....chicken.....!!! :-)

    Custom color case

The pink and yellow are spot on with their fins, despite my phone photography skills. The blue is more royal than atomic splitfin blue.

    Atomic Aquatics Cobalt Dive Computer

Alternating would be the bombdiggity if it's possible. No to giving up temp.

    Atomic Aquatics Cobalt Dive Computer

I'd love to see a regular clock while diving with my Cobalt, I always want to know when lunch is.....and maybe even release notes with firmware upgrades letting us know what changed....
