I think we tried to book Havaiki but it was not available on our dates but I'm glad we could find an alternative. Pension Tokerau Village will be lodgings for our stay at the North Pass. I read your TA reviews and feel like packing my stuff tonight. :)

I have not used my E-M5 underwater (can't get ports), but see well through the EVF with my mask on. There is also an optional angled viewfinder which, while expensive, is reported to work very well. No underwater chimping! ;)

+1 on the EVF. It brings instant manual shooting capability to the masses. You see the effect of exposure settings as you change aperture, shutter or ISO. It's so easy, that in order to offset my feelings of cheating, I'm shooting rolls of B&W film in an old rangefinder for some of the time. ;)

The ports for the 12-50mm and the 60mm macro have special gears and buttons to enable macro and focus limiting functions. There is no way to get the best out of each of these lenses without buying the ports Nauticam designed specifically for them. This is speculation on my part, based on the...

I noticed a new chart up at the Nauticam web site for m4/3 cameras. It lists ports "coming soon" for the Olympus 12mm/f2 and the 60mm/f2.8 Macro and these are the ones I want to buy. The chart is at the bottom of the page. Nauticam International Ltd.
