Thank you for the insight. His stress test was negative. I'm certainly not looking for medical advice. I'm trying to determine if he should see a dive doctor for a second opinion before making the decision to retire from diving. We are recreational divers who prefer to stay shallow.

Agree with @DiveMaven. I've had my Zena for about 7 years. I never touch the shoulders, only the side straps. It took me a while to get the shoulders right. I have to loosen the sides while on the boat in order to be able to zip up the front. As long as the shoulders are right, tightening...
