Hummm...could it be that people aren't traveling as much in the LOW/Hurricane season and the demand isn't there? Obviously people didn't book enough flights or show interest in this time period. Like other people have said, its only for a month or two and flights will be back.

I have a Sea & Sea D1 on a olympus e-pm1. With the 100 degree diffuser on it puts out a tremendous amount of light in a nice even pattern. Only thing that could be better is 2 of them.

You can get 1000mah batteries for the DC600. I have three of them. They will last about 200-250 shots before they die. Its the best I've found.

There are numerous dive OPs that do six pack boats on a daily basis. In the slower times of the year a lot of them only have 2 or 4 divers. I dive with Papa Hog's. They are a no frills dive OP but they get you on the reefs fast and once you demenstrate you know what your doing they let you...

I was there towards the end of Sept. 11'. Currents were EXTREMELY more than normal. Many of the dives had currents in the 3-4 knot range. Depending on the reef exposure, even the shallow dives were difficult to navigate and take pictures.

I second Papa Hogs and depending when you get in they can usually accomadate you.
