Man this site just seems loaded with marine life. Is it common to see Octopi every trip? Seems like you guys see a lot of them which is my favorite sea creature with Rays & sharks being a close second. You guys take some outstanding photos

We went in June and skipped the meal plan. Our deal came with free breakfast which was pretty good but I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I definitely enjoyed eating out on the island.

Well after I got home last night, I pulled it out for whatever reason and scrubbed on the prongs a little. Put the new battery back in and it came on instantly!!!! Its working like normal! Thanks SB for your good JU JU. :)

I had already cleaned it out and put a battery in, and nothing. No water under the screen or anything. Just had a little surface rust on the prongs and the battery was wet. I dried it out, cleaned it up. Maybe I used the wrong battery. Will take it to the dive shop. I'm in a land locked...

My battery compartment flooded. Can this be fixed or is it a paper weight now?

I am really sad reading this tonight. My fiance and I got engaged in Cozumel and had our first ocean dives w/ Gaby and Mau in June. Opal has to be the nicest person I've ever met. I know she is tough as hell and will definitely recover. Sometimes ****ty things happen to the best people...

I turn my mask around because just flipping it up on your head gives you a lot better chance of knocking it off. In OW diving they teach you to put it around your neck. For people like me that are built like a Staffy Bull, this will not work, so I flip it around. Much more comfortable.
