Yes I can dive if I want to, but I am retired and getting ready to do some traveling and need to liquidate most of the stuff I have accumulated over the years. I don't dive enough to justify keeping and caring for these regulators. I can rent dive gear when necessary and they should belong to...

Wanted DSS 30lb LCD SINGLE TANK WING

Did you ever find the DSS LCD30 you were looking for? I am considering selling my DSS LCD20 which is maybe 7 years old, but I only used it on two trips to the Keys about 5 years ago. I'm 70 years old and do not dive anymore.

109 getting a new lease on life after 30+ years dry

Been diving with the same set of Scuba Pro regulators since 1977/78. It was originally a Mk 6 pneumatic 1st stage I later had "upgraded" to a Mk 5 in the mid 80's. I have since had the piston upgrade, and pretty much every thing else I can do too it done. My second stage regs are a 109 which I...

    Diving Big Pine Key...

Dove yesterday (6/2/13) on Looe Key with Innerspace dive shop on Big Pine Key. I can't speak highly enough of the operation and the professional, yet friendly, demeanor of John and Brian. Innerspace is a small operation as compared to the cattleboats. They run a six pack boat right behind the...

Swimming on your back with a wing

I used to swim circles around my brother who used a jacket when surface swimming back to the boat just to bust his balls. What are brothers for?

    Big Knife Poll

I started diving in the late 70's with the big Scuba Pro knife and still have it. Recently bought a new BP&W which came with the shears and broke off steak knife. I like the BFK to use as a poking/whatever tool and still use it. I will break out the steak knife and shears during the pre-dive...

To those who carry big knives, what are the reactions you normally get and yours?

What I think about the knives other people carry? Nothing since I try to keep my nose out of other people's gear bags!
