I'd suggest first obtaining a $20 IP gauge, and locate the "Regulator Checklist" here on SB in the DIY section. It is highly unlikely you need anything done at this dive count on the equipment, and that it was used...
One can never have too many regulators....
think of the possibilities;
single tank - wet suit (couple sets)
single tank - dry suit
single tank travel (warm/salt)
doubles - wet suit
doubles - dry suit (couple sets)
family singles cold water regs (multiple sets)
family warm water/travel regs...

I have a PRAM that uses the DBE. I seem to get water in the loop upon exhale (soft), and/or when looking up/left. I have wondered if the mushroom valve of the DBE is too light, and is opening ever so slightly by the hose compressing (think accordion motion) or the soft exhale is letting water...
That one is from a console, and likely needing a little padding/protection for love.... Not the most durable configuration if naked... it isn't brass and glass...
