It not that easy to say in Philippines. It look like you live in Thailand and there you have much more predictable seasons. In Philippines you can get tropical storms all year round. Most storms come July to October. In December to February it's not common to have storms but they had a few this...

+1 for Evolution. Done rescue and some tec courses there. Very professional operation with very nice people. If u get the chance make the daytrip to Kalanggaman island. Good diving and very beautiful place.

I have about 12 flight out of Manila, Clark, Cebu and Dumaguette last 2 years. I never have any problem with 2 lights, 2 computers and 2 masks in carry on.

I been there 4 times. 3 in May and one in November. For sure vis is better in May but not bad in November. Weather in Philippines is always unpredictable most of the year so it can change quickly. I done all my diving there at Evolution. They run a very good operation.

I would go. I don't go to Mindanao but else I travel in Philippines. I don't know where to go to be 100% safe. was in Paris 2 times last 6 month. I was in Brussels 5 times last 8 month. Same **** here. But everybody make there own choices.

I have 65 dives last 2½ year in Thailand and Philippines. I'm happy with it. Never had any problem. I have used it with 12 an 15 l bottle.

I plan to make a 3 week trip to Philippines in May. I plan to go to Alona and Malapascua. Is there any problem with weather in May? I know is hot! Anything else I need to know? This is my second trip to Philippines.

I’m planning a liveaboard in November. Probably in the week start November 14th. Is it better to make reservation early or better to go for a last minute? I’m thinking about going with the new White Manta (same company as Black Manta). Do any of you know anything about this boat?
