Curious to know the difference between air compressing to the pressure of the water around it vs. water at the same pressure. Why would air cause bruising, but replacing it with a "incompressible fluid" (it is, just not for our purposes here) wouldn't?
Yeah, well spend enough time around here and you notice AI automatically means transmitter and failure to some. With YOUR specific post it shows they either did not read it or have no real knowledge of the product you are asking about. Seems to usually be "I have a friend" type posts. I for...
I would have to second the EXPs for you. Great fins, I love them. But I wear a 9-9.5 and the fins are way too narrow. It makes it a real pain to get them on and mainly off. Sucks shore diving. I would think for a smaller foot it may be the fin.
Definitely open heel fins. You will be able to tighten them up to fit your foot. They will tighten against the top of your foot, not the toes. You can also stuff the front of the booties you wear with an open heel boot to fill the void if you feel the need. The way may patients do it!

Sure they are. But still, why? Yet to see an o-ring supported on the interior and not the exterior. If it is captured why would it matter? Flying pressures are nowhere near diving pressures. Just very curious to this explanation.
Yep. Even at $60 it is still a bit expensive! I just can't believe somebody tries to sell it for so much. May be wrong, but it just says to me there are those that will pay it!
Trying to help a few students out (only have one book to lend). Looked on Amazon and the PADI OW manual sells for as much as $250 there! I would like to think nobody is that stupid, but there must be a reason these sellers are charging this much.

Most the dive ops are in the same general area. I prefer Big Island Divers myself just because there is always parking near the door and they simply swap out rentals, no waiting for air fills. In June it cost me $28 per tank, including air fills for the whole week. I was shocked, have paid...
