I love my Mares Abyss MR22 . Never missed a beat .... only thing is to have it serviced. Been using it for about 5 years . Got about 300 dives on it.

You don't have an option like on the Suunto D6 to switch on and off the deep stop funtion . When doing deep dives it automatically shows the deep stops . What we do is we do the dive planning manually and incorporate deep stops anyway . If my Icon shows it or not! Still I love my Mares Icon ...

The code to reset the factory settings is 1234 ... you also use that to clear residual N2 . But will not delete dive record . Its a awesome computer my only problem is battery life . I get 5 dives on it and have to recharge again .... a real shlep when diving seriously !!!!

We have been woken at three in the morning with everybody screaming and running around while the dive camp was up in flames !! Everybody grabbing stuff in the light of the surrounding trees in flames trying to evacuate the camp . Lucky for all of us nobody got hurt that night but we lost a lot...
