I just use o2 lube on absolute everything. I have a serious hatred for silicone, and I just don’t see a need for me to have both on hand.
I am curious to know what bad experiences you have had with the stuff through.
I bailed out on new year this year with roughly 35 hours on my unit. Not exactly sure how it had happened but my sensor wiring harness was brittle and damaged when I assembled the carriage. I lost 2 sensors right at the end of my dive when starting ascent.
I purchased my 2.7 about two years ago for about $4,300. Granted it did come with a bunch of extra parts.
After sensors, new hoses, having a tech go through the unit, I landed at about $5,500.
I’m extremely happy with my Meg.
How long does a company have to be around before they get your blessing?
Deep 6 has been around a decade now. Additionally, some of the biggest names in the industry dove their regs 😂
In factory configuration, I don’t believe there is a way to install a leaky valve. Once you have BMCL’s you can use one.
But the way I feel about it, if you’re going to use a leaky valve to control your desired setpoint….just let the solenoid do the work.
It's a tissue heat map.
It expresses the 16 tissue compartments and their state of on and off gassing and at what percentage in regards to Buhlmanns model. Blues, purple and black are "on gassing", green's, yellows, reds and white express "off gassing". Top to bottom is fast tissues to slow...
Anybody mentioned a Megalodon yet?
They (a nice 2.7) can be picked up used for less than $4,500. Service kits are $50 from Jonas Dive so it's pretty easy to stock up on extra O rings. They're extremely robust units and pretty bomb proof.
I'm also biased though.
At this point, I’m not even sure why you are even taking GUE training.
You want the training, but you don’t want to follow any of the fundamentals that are in line with the DIR/GUE concepts? You recognize how ironic that is, considering the “E” in GUE’s acronym “GUEEDGE” standards for...
You should really try one before you bash it. The split crotch strap is actually pretty comfortable and supportive when scootering, and the offset D rings are great for people with mobility problems.
If you have a serious desire to progress down the GUE Cul- er...pathway, I'd suggest just going ahead and buying a Halcyon BP/w. GUE has a deep methodology surrounding standardization. Each of the 5 D rings in the DIR philosophy has a specific use, and the Zen D-rings will not be located in the...
Hello everybody,
I have my Arduino nano hooked up to my computer, I have the Arduino program application pulled up, and i'm attempting to program it using the source found here DIY Nitrox Analyzer - Eunjae Im
I'm a little confused on the actual steps. I see some comments in the code so I...
I’m about to tackle your original nitrox analyzer model using the Arduino mini. If I can make it through that I’ll come back to attempt to comprehend that trimix model 😂
