Was on the wreck she was lost on 2 days after the accident. There was a significant current on the surface and the bottom visibility was 20 to 30 feet at best. Sand on side of wreck was about 110’ and you could get to about 115’ by going into the cargo holes. Not a big wreck either with...
Leftovers really good food. If you can fly jet blue then bag fees can be reduced or rent from them the items are well maintained. If you need a local dive buddy then IM me ill see if I can get off to dive.
Agree with most of the above. There are good hotels near PGA area and lots near the 45th street exit on 95. This is about 20 minute drive from the shop. Love dune dogs for an after dive bite less than a 1/4 mile from the shop. Trip advisor has accurate reviews for the area eats. I live here and...
I was,a Zeagle guy for quite a few years. After a demo dive with the Hydro I was sold. It fits like a glove and is soooo comfortable. Demo one to see if it is for you. Remember its the 2nd most important equipment purchase so don't skip on quality and price
About 10:45 am I saw Marine Rescue head out of the Rivera Beach marina. About 11:30 they came speeding back and transported a female diver to fire rescue. They did not appear to be on oxygen nor was there any rushing around. Very organised. Diver was flexing their hand in the air and appeared...
Just returned from a 4 to 5 dives a day live a board trip. Water was 84 and after day 2 I was taking a warm shower between morning and afternoon dives. Had a 1 ml with a 1 ml vest and I was getting cold on the afternoon dives. Just bought the 2017 scuba pro 3 / 2 hydro flex and it appears to...
All said was true. There were some dives that were very nice and there were sharks on almost all the dives. The trip south from the regular areas was the best part of the trip. I truely can't say enough great things about the boat and crew. The scuba radio group was fun. The lion fish problem is...
Just back from a T&K live a board trip. The viability is fair at best. 20 to 50 feet on a good dive and that was a drift 3 hours away from the usual moorings. While there were sharks on most dives lion fish are back and eating everything. New regulations make it difficult for taking them. Seems...
I had 4 go bad on me over 3 years. Good luck. Atomic does stand behind their stuff and I love my t3 however i was just tired of sending it back and waiting for a new one. Sold it and bought a sheerwater and it has been perfect. Really wanted the colbolt 2 to work well. Scuba board is a great...
I just want to the beach and surf is up and the water looks very green. Looks like vis has a few more days at least to clean up. Weather for rest of week also looks iffy too. Note: was on the beach in Hollywood FL This past weekend and there was big 24 inch tall or more black coral branches...
Any one know what they were diving ?There are some deep tricky wrecks in the area. Moro Castle and Oregon just to name a few.
Glad it has turned out so well.

Agree with Craig on the Narcosis and JDC. Watch the marine forcast. The system has just stalled over the area and delayed the bad weather.
We should all get on the same boat one day. John
If any shop can work with your schedule then its Force E. Otherwise it's BHB as that can get really crowed on weekends. Also they just posted beach advisory for the area and closed quite a few beaches.
Good luck.
Keep an eye on the ever changing weather reports. Could be messy. Force E is the place to call as they have connections to quite a few boats.
Heading to Key West this weekend and hoping to get out on Saturday.
Goid Luck
Jupiter Dive center has 2 of their own boats directly behind their shop. They run out at 9 am so the 2nd trip goes much earlier than most. Equipment is first rate and you will enjoy seeing the bigger stuff in that area. I have been on most of the boats numerous times and prefer their operation...
Always sad to hear when this happens. I have been out on that operations many times and they are very attentative and always safety conscious. Weather should not have been an issue.
Condolences to the family and friends.
