I did mine a couple of years back on-line and have my license in my hands in 13 days and they was even with the omission on my sea time form. I would not do it any other way from now on.

Normally you enter the water with them on. I have not seen it done any other way, but I guess there may be a case where is might make since. Good luck.

I am not sure what is in the tank to create the O2 and I am not sure how being around the water would effect it. I would be hard pressed to even try it. And I do not think you would get it anywhere near a plane these days. Good Luck
