Almost all the Caribbean countries are open. Mexico, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica are the easiest ones to go to right now- no pre-travel Covid test required .

Did my checkout dives at Comal 15-16 years ago- it was 15 ft deep at Prince Solmes Park if you laid your gauge in the mud. lol. We have gone back several times, love that little river.

Athens doesn't have any fish life in it, it's mostly sunken items and if you're blonde, it WILL turn your hair green! Clear Springs is far superior, imo, as it has plenty of life and lots of interesting spots to check out. Fridays are the best day, before the classes on the weekend. Good luck!
