The wife and will be in Sydney for a couple of days and would like to get a couple of quick dives in…..itll be in the beginning of November so just wondering what thickness wetsuits are common at that time? Really wondering if we should bring our 3mm or if thicker is necessary……cheers!

Easy, simple, future planning and cost effective is another HP120…..check the specs and see how close they are……120’s will give you days of gas and set up for longer/deeper dives only needing to add Al’s to complete…….

I found the inflator, the top/valve piece and hose…..I’ll have to look for the actual inflate/deflator….unless you don’t need that part.

If I may…….you are looking at 2 different scenarios…… reg remove/replace, is a diver removing his own reg for whatever reason…..any grip is acceptable as they are in control. primary donate, diver donating their primary, in this case best practice is a hose grip to allow the receiving diver...

My first thought when I read the post was an analogy...... would you practice driving drunk to see how it affects you? A bit tongue in cheek but still..... certainly dives that are layered in good choices for safety could be used as tests for narcosis affects...but there are so many variables...
