I have known Oscar for a long time. He does get the coral from the shrimp and lobster boats. And I know that he is the only person in Honduras with a real government permit to sell it. He does lovely work and the stuff would just go to waste if he didn't make something wonderful out of it.

You might want to checck with Peter Wilcox "contact info at bottom of post" I did my IDC with him in January and he did a great job - really knows what they expect at the IE.. He also helps with the IE so he is well conected... He can set you up with a place to stay and has a pretty good job...
