I too am only 53 and will continue to dive my doubles, dry suit, cold water, caves, wrecks, scooter, etc until I can no longer handle my doubles. Then I will switch to smaller doubles, then to single tank, etc. I plan to be diving for a very long time!

I do not regret not getting certified earlier, it just means I have to dive more now. hehehe. Actually I was lucky and got certified with my son, so that was fun. Now I will just keep diving for as long as I can.

Many members of my family have put on a uniform in service to this country and I do understand your feelings. What bad karma a lier like that must have! I believe that what you put out will come back to you times three. So IF that person is lying, they will get caught.

Careful, cave diving becomes addictive! I got cave cert. so that I was better trained to dive the bigger wrecks here in the Great Lakes. Once becoming cave cert., I spent the next 5 years diving caves almost exclusively. :blinking:
