As for logging pool dives, I don't usually do it. I am just asking for the sake of making 1 whole morning into 1 dive for the sake of logging "this was my DM dive".

I've been doing divemaster training the past few days. That involved a ton of up and downs (for example - retrieving dropped weights from the pool bottom lasting a few seconds). Many dives being seconds or minutes long.

Digging this thread from the grave since it has Lake Chatuge mentioned. Has anyone dove Lake Chatuge? If so, where's the spots to go diving on the lake?

I have a HP steel Faber FX117 tank for sale. It wasn't used much. I prefer diving with aluminum tanks. Thermovalve (DIN with yoke insert). It also has a boot. In excellent condition, you will not be disappointed!
It's original hydro is in 2008 (still good till 2013!)...

I'd be worried that your tank will be "rusting", because you used steel wool. The fibers of the steel wool would be embedded in the tank.
Maybe I'm wrong.
I live in a community and cars were parked right next to my driveway, I can't take the risk of spray hitting other cars so I opted for the brush method.
