This makes no sense. Are there equal tech divers to an equal amount of rec divers? Do they all do the exact same amount of dives every day of the year? Is the population of tech divers the exact same as rec divers? Not to mention this is just the ScubaBoard. Not an actual list of accidents...

Can a disabled diver get certified thru DIR? If not then this is a disadvantage for the disabled. Discrimination too, kind of like the no smoking rule. Heck I don't even smoke. #450 and counting

Yeah, I'm sure worried about PADI giving up vital information they had on me anyway. Address, DOB, Certification Level. SO WHAT! The govt. took the info. and profiled it for names from the middle east that have recently in the past 5-8 yrs. got certified.
