I was out on a dive last weekend when my aqualung legend started making an intermittent banging noise. The sound wasn't very loud, but was a rapid banging noise occurring when I inhaled ( but no impact on breathing resistance ). I'm taking it in to my LDS tonight...but any ideas what it might...

...and when your car breaks down you call AAA and deal with it. What's the solution when the "convenient on the beach" flip fins fail in a current? Scuba equipment is life support for a foreign environment, not a ride to the store.

If you're gonna dive in California you have to look into Monterey. The water is a little colder, but the diving rocks!

Hey everyone, I've been looking into getting a bp/wing setup for a while now and I've run across a good deal for a Halcyon bp/harness. I'd like to get a Mach V wing ....will I be able to mount it on the bp, or does it make more sense to buy the Halcyon eclipse? Does the eclipse have...

Rented two tanks from a reputable dive shop, went to get them refilled after first dive and found out one was out of hydro...by like 4 years, but was up to date on its visual :icon5: , so what i want to know is how unsafe was that tank, and how mad shoudl i be when i go in to return it later today?
