Not sure what kind of TV coverage will be there, but I do know that Scuba Diving Magazine, Wreck Diving Magazine, and Alert Diver Magazine will be there.

Dive Rescue International (www.diverescueintl.com) is a pretty well-known PSD training agency. I've taken their Dive Rescue Specialist I course. Our department has 12 divers who have the DRI certification. It's a great course for PSD work.
Dive Rescue International is not the only PSD...
I dove the QAR in October, 2004. And I'll be returning to dive it in September, 2005.
If you're looking for a "traditional" NC wreck dive (like the Papoose or Schurz or U352, etc.), then the QAR will disappoint you.
If you find it extremely facinating to dive on a nearly 300 year old...
