Hopefully the VIS is better this year then last, If i remember correctly the water temp was pretty warm at about a sizzling 48 F and the VIS was at MOST 2 feet, I couldnt see my freaking console!!

Ahh I see you have also had a problem with UPS?? I ordered a dive light from the states and it was shipped UPS, the item only cost me 35 bucks, but the duty and transaction fee was $37?! Go figure... Never had this problem with items delivered from purolator or other directed through Canada post.

In the past I have bought some gear off the net and ebay from the states; some of it has come with no problems, a couple of times ive been slapped with a hefty duty fee. Generally I always tell the shop to send it as a gift without the sales slip, but they dont always do this. Just wondering...

Lake Joe, is DEEP, DARK AND COLD - There are a couple of good sites, the wall and the grotto... Search around the net a bit and Im sure you can find some details. I think scuba shack has a diagram of both of them somewhere. Other then that there is really not anything of particular interest...

It probably looks the same as you saw it.... Ive done about 5 dives on it this year and there isnt much too see.... It's a good wreck for this time of year though, don't want to tackle anything too big.....
