I must admit that while I generally keep these feelings to myself and work through them, I always have a "moment" during a dive where I think "what the heck am I doing down here", usually I just look around and think how magnificent this world is underwater and how fortunate I am to experience...

I had the very same problem in Thailand this last year and when I came back I saw an Ear Specialist and in turns out I had a low-level Ear Barotrauma...
I had vertigo underwater, and nausea on the boat. The stupid thing I did was continue to dive and I won't make that mistake again.
I thought it looked like a lot of bells and whistles. I want to buy a BCD because I always end up making due with whatever the dive shop or charter has. I wanted to get something that was mine and fit me right.
