Okay.......after staying up way later than I intended to, and reading wayyy too many posts, I've come to this conclusion.
The board needs more members like Riger.
1) Patient
2) Educated in what he's talking about
3) Courteous and respectful to ALL
4) Genuinely helpful

Hey Maged mmh!
Believe me, I'd rather choke on ground glass than see this fraud go by unfettered,
But......
It's been my experience that those who don't wish to be found, can be very hard indeed to find! How super it is to have those that are helping Zach try to resolve this, spend the...
MAN I hate to see somebody getting screwed........
but I LOVE seeing a kid going to college!
Why don't a bunch of us pony up a little and help Zach heal a bit on this issue? I know times are tough, but I'll match the first $25. anyone puts up towards either getting this thing updated to the...
Truly a bummer. My best dive buddy bought a "barely used" Legend LX Supreme ACD on ebay, and upon taking it in for servicing before diving, ended up literally throwing it away. It was so corroded internally that the techs had to use prybars to get everything apart. Caveat emptor (sp????)...
Yea.....what a cool story. I just heard of the lost scooter a couple of weeks ago while diving with Paul in Glacier Park. Just figures he'd be in on finding it. I was in on a dive looking for a lost scuba tank with him one time in ZERO viz., and after much searching, he pulled up the boat...
and on.........and on........and on.........
Nobody has to buy the fins, so why continue flogging this horse?
To each his own! End of story! (I doubt it)
Yea, I agree with you. I think we need a "Dive Snobs" board. Everyone could just flame on and on about each other, gear, and anything else that ticks them off. People would be better off if they spent more time diving and less time posting. See ya in the water! I'll be the one wearing...
Ummmm.......I don't really have anything further to say, but just thought I'd add to my number of posts in an attempt to be more "relevant" in the future! I never realized that sheer numbers of posts made someone a good diver......maybe 200 more and I'll be ready for tri-mix!:D
I love my force fins.
When I began reading this thread, I was attempting to satisfy my idle curiosity as to what sort of controversy could possibly generate so many posts.
Now, I wish I could have that 30 minutes of my life back.
You'd think people were being forced to buy the $800...
Wow! Got mine a few days ago. Absolutely amazing......you gotta see the print to appreciate it. It's off to the frame shop as soon as I get to the big city.....
Thanks Chris.....I'm afraid you're to blame for my expenses to see the U-352!:D
Alright, I'll try to make a long story short!....I've always wanted to try diving a double hose reg., so I did a little shopping around, and ended up buying one last week. Some of you may have seen it on ebay, it is a Dacor with the "dial a breath" knob on it. I received it today, and the...
Well, another landlocked diver coming into the fold....
I love heading out to the west coast, but I'm also big into diving our fresh water lakes around here in Montana. I'm only a couple of hours from Glacier National Park, and there's some great diving there. Also enjoy the occassional trip...
