This was addressed on the Stealth 2.0 Facebook page. Piotr found that the diver who reported this used the device in AIR mode. In AIR mode the GF factors set by the user are ignored.
1. I use a 26-inch short hose on my left tank and a 7 foot long hose on my right tank.
2. I use one fixed (no swivel) 90 degree adapter on my short (left) hose. No adapter on the right long hose. That way, even if narced and confused, I can tell by feel which is in my mouth at any moment.

Yeah it rocks. I'm even contemplating changing the lower lanyard (the one that secures the bottom of the tank) to use Paracord as well.
Bit more expensive than regular nylon cord though, but more cooler-looking color options hahaha.
Suggestion for unclipping while removing the tanks after coming out of the water (after the dive): If you are using a butt plate system, be aware that this will tug at the tank and pull the bottom a bit "behind" you while standing.
